CENTER FOR BUSINESS
AS AN AGENT OF WORLD BENEFIT

RESOURCE CENTER

"Though academic thinking about corporate citizenship has made significant progress, the gap between business in society or corporate citizenship theory and mainstream management disciplines is obvious and needs attention." - Sandra Waddock, Professor, Boston College

ABOUT THE RESOURCE CENTER:

The research on business in society has advanced at a slower pace than practice. To help address this need, we aim to create a useful gathering space for scholars and educators to explore and exchange academic resources. As a start, we have created a library of research and other academic resources. Business and Society Initiatives provide links to other academically oriented resources on the web. The Case Initiatives are a window in the wide scope of activity related to Business in Society at Case Western Reserve. Finally, our Special Forums and Projects is an archive of our past projects or conferences, in which we have focused particular attention on a particular issue or topic. Many of our special projects have involved hundreds of people in powerful conversations.
