Virtual Conference
The Forum was not only hosted in-person at the Case Weatherhead School of Management in October, but it also encircled the globe, with hundreds of delegates from around the world attending the Forum virtually.
The Virtual Forum took place in a LearningTimes Online Conference Community, which provides an environment in which groups of participants, both small and large, can gather electronically to learn, collaborate and network. The Virtual Forum offered both real-time and on-demand sessions and activities connecting participants logged in from around the globe with the events and dialogue unfolding in Cleveland.
Virtual Conference participants:
- Participated in live webcasts of keynote sessions
- Viewed papers, audio abstracts, and multimedia presentations
- Posted to dozens of open discussion boards filled with questions, comments and debates
- Collaborated in live chats and interactive events with people from all continents
- Followed the Forum dialogue with a group of students or colleagues remotely - using the workbook provided by the Forum
The virtual community created for the Forum remains active, providing room for action groups, discussion boards, and information exchange, as well as serving as a media archive of the Forum presentations and events.
